Here is where I discuss what hosting providers are good and why you should host your own website on the Internet.

Making your own website is especially important today because YOU can have control over what YOU post, unlike registering an account in a social media platform (e.g. Facebook, X, etc.) where you could get banned or removed at any time without notice. However, when making websites, you must also choose a domain provider wisely, because they could also remove you website too. Neocities is a good starting point, though you will have less control over your webpage, however, the best free web hosting service, in my opinion, is Web1.0Hosting. It is a gem inside the junkyard known as the Internet. It only allows up to 100mb of storage, though, and sadly only has less than 1,000 websites hosted on there.
